From May to September, we’re letting dogs stay at A la Koh Kood resort.
Why this season? Because Koh Kood is quieter, the beach has more space, and the whole island feels slower, which honestly makes it a much nicer time to travel with a dog.
Your dog can walk on the beach, sit with you by the lagoon, nap after swimming, and just be part of the holiday instead of being left behind.
We’re doing this as a seasonal dog-friendly period, not a year-round thing, so we can keep the experience relaxed and comfortable for everyone staying with us.
Our resort is intimate and right by the water, so this season is perfect for guests who want a simple island escape with their dog: less crowd, more space, slower days.

Rainy season is one of the calmest times to visit Koh Kood. The island feels quieter, the beach feels more private, and your dog gets more room to enjoy the sand without the stress of busy crowds.

Dog-friendly dining at House of Kood
Guests staying with dogs can enjoy outdoor dining at House of Kood Restaurant in our designated dog-friendly dining area.
We also offer a simple dog menu made with plain, dog-safe ingredients such as:
Boiled chicken
Rice
Pumpkin
Carrot
Boiled egg
Our dog meals are prepared without seasoning, garlic, onion, sauce, chilli, or bones.
Because dog-friendly dining should still feel clean, safe, and respectful for everyone.
A few simple notes before you come
To keep Dog-Friendly Season relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs joining us are comfortable around people, other dogs, and shared resort spaces.
During your stay, we ask that:
Dogs stay with their owners and are not left unattended.
Dogs are kept on leash in shared areas.
During meals, dogs stay beside you or under the table.
Dogs use the bowls and dining items prepared especially for them.
Owners help clean up after their dogs.
Dogs who are nervous, loud, or reactive are managed with care so other guests can relax too.
Any damage caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.
Nothing too complicated - just the usual good-dog-parent etiquette, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful island holiday together.
